On Friday, July 10, WVCBA celebrated the grand opening of Carne with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony that included a special appearance by actor Mario Lopez. Located at The Collection at RiverPark in Oxnard, this premier modern Latin steakhouse and live-fire grill brings a vibrant new dining experience to the community. Carne's menu features wood-fired premium steaks, fresh seafood, and artisan cocktails inspired by the flavors of Mexico, Spain, and the Caribbean. On June 30, WVCBA celebrated the grand opening of BiBro Mediterranean Grill! Located inside the food court at the Camarillo Premium Outlets, this family-owned eatery is bringing fresh, authentic Mediterranean flavors to our region. The ribbon cutting brought together the owners, their families, local supporters, and community leaders, including Camarillo Mayor David Tennessen, Vice Mayor Dr. Martita Martinez-Bravo, and Councilmember Susan Santangelo. We extend our warmest wishes to the BiBro team for continued success as they share their warm hospitality and traditional recipes.
