How and when did the business get started? 
SMI Audio Visual began nearly 30 years ago providing high-quality, immersive audio experiences to local businesses and touring bands, evolving to provide a full range of audio-visual services to local corporate and nonprofit organizations in Ventura County and today, operating as a full-scale audio/visual production company with a video production and streaming studio.

SMI Audio Visual has a highly personal level of service that is flexible, innovate and creative resulting in reliable, cost-effective solutions for projects of any size and type.

Are there any new products you can tell us about? 
After years of development, we recently opened a Camarillo production studio which was designed to provide a local resource for recording and streaming broadcast quality video content and to manage remote recordings and broadcasts from anywhere in the world.

What else do you want the community to know?
Communicating through Zoom, Teams and other virtual communications platforms has become a cost and time saving practice that is almost standard. SMI Audio Visual has become an expert in making the process of creating high quality digital communications effective, simple and reliable, for internal meetings, sales presentations, training videos and for streaming live events.
