Deadline to reserve a spot is December 1, 2024. All artwork must be included at that time.
Accepted file formats & specifications: All artwork must be submitted as a TIFF, EPS, JPG or PDF in 300 dpi or higher. No Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher files accepted. DO NOT INCLUDE BLEED OR CROP MARKS ON ADS SMALLER THAN FULL PAGE. The Publisher reserves the right to reject any ad, photograph, or illustration which is not deemed to be in keeping with the standards of the publications. Problem files will be returned. Artwork can be provided on a thumbdrive. Thumbdrive will not be returned.
