After 20+ years as a U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer and three years in Big Tech, Founder and President Chad White established B&C in September 2023 to help owners and stakeholders optimize how they deliver infrastructure solutions.

Why did the business choose Camarillo?
Camarillo is my home. My family and I moved here over the summer because it is a great location for raising our family. Also, Camarillo's proximity to Los Angeles makes it ideal for future business growth.

Do you have any new projects you’d like to share? 
Currently, B&C is providing consulting services to a medical system. We look forward to replicating the same support locally.

What else do you want the community to know? 
B&C's Founder, Chad, is a member of the National Small Business Association where he serves on the Leadership Council. He looks forward to advocating to the U.S. Congress for local and national small business owners.
