WVCBA Salutes Heroes at Annual Military Appreciation Dinner

More than 200 people gathered to salute our local heroes at the WVCBA's Military Appreciation Dinner on Friday, October 22, at the Courtyard By Marriott in Oxnard. Now in its 24th year, the evening was a celebration of nine deserving award winners from all branches of the military and included a keynote address by Brigadier General Steven J. Butow.

One of our long-standing committees, the Military Appreciation Committee, works with our local military installations to foster a relationship between the business community and Armed Forces. The mission of the Military Appreciation Committee is to develop positive and productive interaction between the business community and local military installations to facilitate the business community’s total support for our local military members, their families, and their mission.
