The WVCBA recently welcomed True Path Loans as a new member! TPL has a new branch in Oxnard and specializes in residential and commercial real estate loans. They are committed to providing their customers with mortgage services that exceed their expectations. Branch manager Jerry Avila shares more about the business. ​

How and when did the business get started? 
The business opened in 2017 after the Broker Owner Adrian Placinta found himself able to open his own company and branching out into other states with partners like myself, Jonathan Mercado, Jeff Wyttenbach and Erin Higgs. TPL is ready to grow!

What is the company's mission?

Why did the business choose Camarillo/Oxnard/Ventura County as its location?
Because this is my hometown and I know and respect so many in our community. We wanted to bring something different to our market without the flash on the exterior, but tons of flash on the process and team. We are excited to grow and continue our expansion.

It's still in the works but look forward to a client appreciation night in December.

How can the community help the business?
By being here, meeting our team and sharing the experience they have dealing with us. We love to partner up on events and celebrations. We are here to be part of this community for the long haul.

What else do you want the community to know about your business?
Our Team is very involved in the Veteran community. We are part of Vetted VA with two high-ranking members. We look to bring service before self to the forefront of our service to our Veterans.
