The WVCBA recently welcomed ​ Nancy D. Mendez Law P.C. as a new member! Attorney Nancy D. Mendez started the business in June 2021 when she saw a need in the community for a fresh take on legal issues in estate planning and business consulting. NDM Law specializes in estate planning for all families, big and small, in all walks of life to build and protect legacy wealth.

How and when did the business get started?
NDM Law was started in June 2021. Nancy D. Mendez realized that so many attorneys did not mirror the innovative, changing world.  In fact, Nancy herself did not mirror the typical image of a traditional attorney. So she created a firm that answers the need for a fresh take on legal issues in estate-planning and business consulting--with the flexibility this changing world needs. NDM Law specializes in estate planning for all families, big and small, in all walks of life to build and protect legacy wealth.         

What is the company's mission or motto?
NDM Law strives to educate families to understand the importance of estate-planning and protecting the assets people gain through hard work and sacrifice. Its all for nothing if the legacy you worked hard for to give to future generations is lost to probate. With NDM Law, this does not have to be a painful, daunting confusing process. This is the 21st Century. Efficiency and innovation is everything.   

What’s one thing the business is known for over its competitors?
The attorney at NDM Law speaks fluent Spanish.  No middle man, no interpreter, no mixed messages or broken Spanish. The Spanish language is part of Nancy's culture, and thus, part of her firm.

Why did the business choose Camarillo/Oxnard/Ventura County as its location?
Ventura County is Nancy's home. She wouldn't see herself practicing anywhere else.

The community can help the business by advocating the importance of learning about estate-planning.
