Member Spotlight: John Gardner, Triad Leadership Group

Our Member Spotlight this week comes from our monthly Business@Breakfast networking events, which feature a guest speaker and provide attendees with an opportunity to promote their businesses. John attended our September 2021 breakfast and was selected to be highlighted in our newsletter, blog and social media.​

Why did I join the WVCBA?
I joined as one way to become more involved in our community and to see how my 40-plus years of senior-level leadership might be helpful to others in our community. I look forward to meeting and helping more members as our community expands.

About John Gardner
In addition to my own leadership background, I became certified with the John Maxwell Team to use their content and methods for speaking, coaching and training for adults, high school students and early college youth. I am happy to be part of the WVCBA to include leading our leadership roundtables and now perhaps helping with the Oxnard Employee Pipeline.
