Broker/realtor Graciela "Cessy" Figueroa founded the business in Oxnard in 2005 and is driven by the company's mission of "service beyond sale." Her team looks forward to assisting you with your real estate mortgage loans, prequalification to purchase, refinance and reverse mortgage needs.

What’s one thing the business is known for over its competitors?
Practice of the Golden Rule, commitment and dedication to people in need of our services. This is where I live and I would love to help my community shine over all other counties.              

Are there any new or upcoming projects/products/events/etc. you can tell us about?        
I always have seminars, whether for two or 20 people. I love to give knowledge to our clients because knowledge is power. I do my projects and seminars as needed.             

How can the community help the business?         
Word of mouth is very important in all businesses.

It’s more than how the community can help me; it’s how can I help my community? That is the question.

I am a Peruvian immigrant. When we were little, my parents brought me and my two brothers to this beautiful country where we were told we can live the American Dream and this is the country of opportunities. And you know what?
