The WVCBA recently welcomed County Schools FCU as a new member! They provide financial services and are celebrating the opening of a new branch in Ventura at 3954 E. Main Street. How and when did the business get started?
County Schools Federal Credit Union opened on January 14, 1960, as Ventura Schools Federal Credit Union. A group of eight educators had a vision to create a not-for-profit financial cooperative to serve the educational community in Ventura County, embracing the credit union motto of “people helping people.”
