Member Spotlight: Cottage Health

​We recently welcomed Cottage Health as a member of the Oxnard Chamber community! Cottage Urgent Care is now open from Camarillo to San Luis Obispo – including in the Oxnard Esplanade Shopping Center. Open every day, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Walk-ins welcome, or make your appointment online. Their goal is to offer complete care in just 45 minutes. Cottage quality. Urgent Care.

1. What products or services does Cottage Health provide? Cottage Urgent Care Centers are filling an important healthcare need to provide communities access to rapid convenient care of minor injuries and illnesses during extended hours.
2. How and when did Cottage Health get started?  Cottage Health has made it a strategic priority to meet the care needs of patients, where they live and work.  We opened our first Urgent Care Facility in June 2020 and currently have eight centers open and operating between Camarillo and San Luis Obispo.
3. What is the company’s mission or motto?  To provide superior health care and improve the health of our communities through a commitment to our core values of excellence, integrity, and compassion.
4. What’s one thing Cottage Health is known for?  Through our commitment to our core values, Cottage Urgent Care Centers provide compassionate care in an efficient manner.  On average, we offer complete care in 45 minutes; Cottage Urgent Care offers extended care 8 a.m.-8 p.m., 365 days a week.
5. Why did the business choose Oxnard as its location? Cottage Health made it a priority to treat patients where they live and work.  Relying on our strong healthcare brand, we saw an unmet need in the Urgent Care market to welcome so many of our patients who traditionally came into Santa Barbara for healthcare at our hospital locations.
6. Are there any new services being offered?  We offer free flu vaccines for Adult and Pediatrics at all of our Urgent Care locations (while supplies last).  Student athletes can also obtain their Sports Physicals for athletic clearance at any Cottage Urgent Care Clinic via walk-in or by scheduling an appointment.
7. How can the Oxnard community help?  Come in and see us for your care needs, and please share with colleagues, friends and families that we are here in your community to treat non-emergency illnesses and injuries quickly and safely.
