Join the Chamber Ambassadors

The Oxnard Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors are a carefully selected group of highly respected individuals from all facets of business.  They are an extension of the Oxnard Chamber Board and staff as they take on the role of welcoming committee.  Ambassadors are an essential component of the Oxnard Chamber’s growth and success, and their feedback is invaluable and incorporated in Chamber programs and events. 

What does an Ambassador do?

• Ambassadors act as primary liaisons to new members.
• Ambassadors are highly visible at Oxnard Chamber events.
• Ambassadors assist members by introducing them to the benefits and services of membership and serving as a conduit for members to engage with the organization.
• Ambassador responsibilities include: visitation with Oxnard Chamber businesses, event networking, and support of various programs.
• Ambassadors communicate directly with Oxnard Chamber staff to keep abreast of Chamber policies and procedures.
