On Thursday, August 20, WVCBA was thrilled to host the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for Panorama Riverpark apartments. WVCBA members, local business professionals, and Oxnard Mayor Luis A. Mc Arthur gathered to celebrate this wonderful addition to our community.
