WVCBA announces winners of the Inaugural Business Awards

​The West Ventura County Business Alliance (WVCBA) is pleased to announce recipients of the first-ever WVCBA Business Awards. Nominations were submitted by the public and winners were selected by a committee composed of WVCBA Board Members and sponsors.

​“We're bringing together the Camarillo Top 10 Community Awards and the Oxnard Community & Business Awards into one celebratory evening,” says WVCBA President and CEO Andy Conli. “We are so excited to celebrate the phenomenal businesses, organizations, and individuals who contribute to our community's economic strength and success!”

The 2025 honorees are:
Business of the Year - Camarillo: AirWorks Solutions
Business of the Year - Oxnard: Alexander Automotive of Oxnard
Small Business of the Year - Camarillo: Stephanie’s Family Childcare & Preschool
Small Business of the Year - Oxnard: Fight Foundation
Nonprofit of the Year: Casa Pacifica
Education Partner of the Year: Oxnard Adult School
Businessperson of the Year - Camarillo: Jeff Walker, Twisted Oak Tavern
Businessperson of the Year - Oxnard: Mark Spellman, Lazer Media
Young Entrepreneur of the Year: Sebastian Perrin, NXT Jet Detailing
Oxnard Trophy: Food Share of Ventura County
Stan Daily Lifetime Achievement Award: Daniel Schoenewald (posthumous)
 
Honorees will be celebrated Thursday, December 4, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at Oxnard Levity Live, the comedy club located at The Collection at RiverPark. The celebratory evening will be hosted by a local comedian and includes dinner and drinks. Tickets are $120 before November 20 and can be purchased online at wvcba.org. The event is open to the public.
