Photos: Business and civic leaders convene for Oxnard Mayor Luis A. Mc Arthur's first State of the City address

Thank you to everyone who attended last Thursday's Oxnard State of the City address with Mayor Luis A. Mc Arthur! It was a full house at Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach for the Mayor's presentation about the City's “Progress, Partnerships and Possibilities” that highlighted major infrastructure investments like the Rice Avenue bridge project, public safety initiatives, improving the Oxnard Employee Pipeline, his vision for Downtown Oxnard, and more.
