WVCBA is pleased to welcome Spring Pharmacy as a new member! Whether you're in need of a prescription for yourself or your favorite furry friend, this newly opened pharmacy is a one-stop-shop for all your healthcare needs PLUS notary service and passport photos. Owner Sora Yoon always dreamed of becoming a pharmacist and opened Spring Pharmacy in honor of her late mother. 

What products do you provide?
Prescription medication, (over-the-counter products: cough/cold, allergy, digestive health, nutrition, oral care, skin care, family planning, feminine care, incontinence, medical equipment and supplies, vitamins & supplements, trial and travel size, pain, eye & ear care, Mexican products), pet medicine, Korean beauty,  Rowe Casa Organics

How and when did the business get started?
My dream was to become a pharmacist and my mother’s dream for me was to own my own pharmacy. In early 2022, as a family, we discussed the possibility of opening a pharmacy. Late 2022, my mother was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer and that was the ultimate deciding factor that led me to find my current location and get the lease. Upon my mother’s death in January 2023, I went full force into starting the journey of opening my pharmacy and bring it to where we are today.

Spring Pharmacy is dedicated to providing quality service to patients on their path to become a healthier well-being.

What’s one thing the business is known for over its competitors?

• Quality service. We have staff that speak English, Spanish, and Korean.
• Pet medicine: Only select pharmacies provide prescription medications for pets. Not all medications need to be picked up at the veterinarian's if patient would like to shop around.
• Korean Beauty products
• Rowe Casa Organics product line

Why did the business choose this location?
I, Sora, chose Oxnard because that’s where I grew up and live. And the specific location was great for my business because there is a need for it, especially in this part of town.

Are there any new or upcoming events?
We have our grand opening on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 5:00 pm.

How can the community help the business?
Bring your prescriptions for humans and pets to have them filled with our pharmacy.
