It provides job placement services, tuition assistance, and individualized career coaching, supportive services for farmworkers and their families. Ventura County has a large farmworker population.

Do you have any new or upcoming programs?
In September, we will have more funding for services through our program Sowing Seeds of Success funded by the Department of Labor.

How can the business community help?
Partnering with local employers to create employment opportunities for participants through On-the-Job Training (OJT).
