Business Spotlight: Guild Mortgage Company

What products or services do you provide?
Mortgage Loans for Purchases, Refinances, Equity Loans, Renovation, and Reverse.

How and when did you get started?
I have been in the mortgage lending business most of my adult life. I started out as a credit checker, loan processor, underwriter and, since 2007, a loan officer/lender. 

What is your motto?
My motto is to help homebuyers and homeowners from start to keys and beyond.

What's one thing you're known for over your competitors? 
I speak Spanish and I am also licensed in Utah. I believe it's my knowledgeable, educational, and quick, friendly service that my referral partners and clients like.

How can the business community help? 
I love referrals to anyone I can help educate in becoming a happy homebuyer, whether ready soon or ready in the future.  And, whenever possible, I refer to our local businesses, too. 

What else do you want readers to know?
In my business, there are always events happening and I enjoy being a part of, whenever possible. I, especially enjoy and support our local Soroptimist of Channel Islands.
