In November, voters will determine members of City Council, state legislature, and many other public decision making bodies, along with local and state ballot measures. Further, we hope voters do their due diligence and research the candidates and issues prior to heading to the polls on Tuesday, November 5. The WVCBA’s mission is to represent business interests and advocate public policies that promote a healthy economy. As the voice for the interest of business with government, the Alliance promotes economic development, works to improve the regional economy, and protects the interests of Camarillo and Oxnard. Our Political Action Committee (PAC) is key to that effort. The PAC's mission is to seek out, evaluate qualifications of, and endorse candidates for public office who support the ideals of our free enterprise system. Please note that due to state law, only members of the WVCBA Board of Directors may serve on this committee. We are pleased to share this Election Guide, which includes our endorsements and resources that may be helpful as you prepare to vote in November.
